Log into your Zephta® account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
